Anybody have the Woodhouse mod done to their shifter?

I had it installed (and a lot of other mods, too) before I flew out to Woodhouse and drive home following strict break in proceedures. This was my very first manual shift vehicle and I wanted all the help I could get. Well, to make a long story short, the Woodhouse modified shifter works pretty much as described and I am very happy with it.

Done it, so far never missed a 3 - 4 shift (purpose of the mod) but in my mind, the extra spring on the left side could be even stronger.

Recommend but could be even better.

p.s. can be installed from the bottom of the car quite easily. No need to drill rivets from above.....

Also : Can anyone compare / contrast the Woodhouse Moded shifter to the B & M Ripper Shifter? As a new owner myself, I find the shifter to be "The Weakest Link".
