Anybody use these to measure brake caliper temps?

Yes, but you don't get peak temps, only an average after you come off the track. And you can stick them in places where maybe you can't aim the gun.

BTW, they're cheap. 50 for $6.

Interesting. The problem is you need a series of different temp dots to determine where the max temp was.

It would be nice if they sold them in variety packs.

McMaster Carr has multi point indicators. Go to their web site and type <temperature indicators> in the search field. Then go to the Crayons and Labels, pg. 545.
