Anybody Viper owners noticed the coil rubbing on the shock?..Some pics..below

what is the year, milage and make of your viper? all the gts shocks I have seen are blue and yours are red (they could possible be replacements) if the are there is a rubber grommet that goes under the spring cap, if the was not put back in or has fallen apart that could be another cause for the problem

I'm guessing you also already checked the shock mounting bolts @ the top and bottom??

i does not seem seated properly, the spring cap tapers down then notches up, the end of the spring should meet next to the notch up
