I was wondering if anyone knew the status of Roy and the TNT crew? Did their shop get flooded (where they were would think so)?

We're still talking about it - tring to find a good venue for it. Lifetime Fitness says we are talking about too many cars - so we tried to get in touch with the Fair Lakes people, but cant seem to find anyone who can give us permission for it.

I saw a car show at Sully Plantation this last weekend, but not sure that is the best place for us.

Since I'd like to bring the Viper and Vette groups together (yeah, I'm nuts, but it would be fun) - I think we could get 100 or so cars to show up.

I dont suppose anyone has a suggestion as to where we might be able to hold such an event? (I'm tring to find a place with good traffic so we get a good crowd).

Glad to hear they are okay - couldnt believe the images they were showing on the television.

What about:

Capital Expo Center,
Old Dominion Raceway

Also, you should come out to the Burger King on Rt28 near the 234 bypass on Sat nights. There are at times 200 to 300 cars that show up. Everthing from blown strp cars to Vipers and Vetts.

Mark, arent you friends with a guy (Real Estate agent) who just purchased a new Sapphire Blue roadster from Bill? Cant remember his name offhand, but met him on Sunday here next to my house. I'm pretty sure he mentioned you....

Was devistated when he said he knew about the board but didnt know who The Extreme Bikini Team was!

Ok this story came from the Houston VCA. Roy lost three cars total and a lot of other things in the shop. The dyno and most of the computers were supposed to be back up and running last week. They had a total of 15 cars in the shop at the time and only lost three. Good news is they were not Vipers. He lost one of his own....Good luck Roy

I talked with Roy at length yesterday. The only cars he lost were not really "lost". Only one was a Viper, and it was the car that was crunched at the one lap, and it has been mostly gutted anyway. The other two cars were not Vipers, and they did not have their engines, trannys, or rearends installed, so no mechanical issues. They have pulled the soggy interiors, and are drying them out.

TNT is up and running again, and other than loosing a lot of paperwork and having to open up and flush the gearboxes on their machine tools they did pretty well....... considering the water level was between 3 to 4 feet!

All customer cars were moved to safe/high/dry locations. NO CUSTOMER CAR ISSUES.

Roy tried to get back in after removing the customer cars to save the paperwork and computer, but the police would not let them
