No sniff test or visual checks, they just check the PCM for failure codes. No codes, you pass.

True, only 95 and older are required to go on a dyno and have tailpipe emissions measured. Anything newer and they just trust what the OBD outputs

Mine passed sniffer test in Houston with a novi supercharger & metal substrate high flow cats.

Hmm...I see big money in learning how to 'hack' into an OBD...and either clear or fake codes.....
