Ordered some emblems from them last Friday. They won't respond to my emails or phone calls. Probably going to go ahead and file a claim with paypal so at least I can get my money back. I understand if you are busy and can't ship something right away, but at least acknowledge that someone place an order.

I ordered and received some emblems from them a few months ago. They do get slow responding, but a number of viper owners that have done business with them have been happy with the emblems...once they got them.

I ordered mine on 2/27/12 and received them on 3/16/12.

Hey Sass,

Went/going through the same thing. They sent me an email stating the orginal (2) emails of mine had been sent to their spam folder (dont buy it) and that was why they were late getting back to me. I made paypal payment and am currently waiting for my emblems (only a couple days so far). Sorry I couldnt be any more help, take it for what it's worth.... I'll let you know when I get my emblems.

I had no issues with my order. Never got any sort of e-mail confirmation from them, but the emblems showed up as expected.

Do a search they have a long history of zero communication and sloooooooooowwww service.

I agree. I bought/got ripped off from them once, and that's all it took so now I buy somewhere else. I don't care if they were giving away their products, I'll never deal with them again! I'm the guy that bought the door panels that were supposedly off a "3,500 mile Viper" (rusted, cracked and warped) and got charged $150.00 restocking fee. Then it took well over a month, after constant phone calls, to finally get a refund. There are other people out there that can do a better job, do it a LOT quicker and don't screw over their customers.

They jacked me on a slightly used front fascia. They bought some piece of junk located in Texas and shipped it directly to me without looking at it. The whole lower lip was ground down to the bottom of the fascia, mounting holes were all torn up. Hit me for some restocking fee and lost my my shipping cost from Texas also. Threw that piece of garbage in my truck and drove the 75 miles to drop that junk off on his door step. Back then he worked out of his house and his yard had quite a few non viper vehicles being dismantled for parting out I assume. Bottom line he had the part shipped to him from Texas on my dime.

Ordered a set of emblems about 2 months ago as well. They have nice emblems and received okay. I e-mailed him before I ordered though to be sure he was going to be responsive as I have heard some stories. Had no issues this time around.

Consider yourself lucky. As you can see from Hoosier Daddy's post, the guy has zero business ethics and tries to pass off "quality parts" that he has never even laid eyes on. If I were selling something that was a representation of my store, you can be dang sure I'd know what I was sending my customers because it's my reputation on the line. That way you don't set yourself up for failure by advertising a set of door panels that look like they've been dragged down a gravel road, ran over by a dump truck and left on the bottom of the ocean for a year, and then tell a customer they're off a 3,500 mile Viper. It sounds like the only thing worth buying from him are the emblems, just don't be in a hurry to get them.

Well two days before my dispute was set end on paypal, he responds back to paypal with a delivery confirmation number. No response about getting my money back, which is sad because I purchased some emblems from another store and they were at my door in two days. So when these do come in I'll have them for sale for a slight discount over what R&J charges plus you'll deal with someone who actually has them in hand.

I order, they dont send the items so i ask them for an update in an email, no reply, so i email again and they say they dont get my first email (I can somewhat buy it) so they tell me the 1 item isn't made and it will be made at a later date (they could have told me that when I first ordered them). So they shipped the 1 product that is actually in existance. I still havent received it, but the items were ordered at the beginning of June. Wow...I can't speak for the quality of their items (yet), but they are extremely bad at the shipping part of things

I've been a member here for 4 years and this is the first negative post I've seen about MGW. I've personally done business with them 2 or 3 times and they've always been great.

...and to the OP...a number of the replies in this thread tell you that you will get the emblems, but it takes a couple of weeks...why did you buy more?

i agree...ive only read good things about them on this site. Can't say my experience has been the same though. just my opinion:)

Well, I had emailed about the hood insulation they have and got incomplete answers in the return emails and waited a week or two for the second email. By that time, I had found the last remaining hood insulation in the whole Mopar dealer network.

Will not deal with again, if, they cant be bothered, neither can I and I will go elsewhere.

they do have the best looking A/M emblems as they are raised like the factory. I think this is a side business for them so you got to wait. I got everything I paid for, but it took a little bit.

Well they don't make them so somebody should be able to find the same manufacturer.

Just an update: Got my chrome letters today, payment was made on July 22nd. Very happy with quality of the product, and had zero issues with packaging used (a past complaint I had read about).

Well apparently they don't check in on here, if so you'd think they would address some of the issues that have been posted (or unless they just don't care). jmo
