Does anyone make a nice cap? The same style as the orginal, but maybe with a viper logo on it?

Mine looks a little worn, and i wouldnt mind either getting a nice new stock one, or a cool looking aftermarket one...

I took mine off took it apart and polished it, powder coated it clear and put a vinyl viper decal on it that I got from Scott at VipersByElite.

IMO it turned out great and cost me a whopping $20 and a couple of hours of work. did the same this to my hood grills!

I think yours looks great Eric, what did you use to polish it? I've heard 2 different ways.

I used a wire brush to get all the clearcoat off and then i just used 2 different grades of aluminum polishing compound. done remember the name but I can find out if you really need to know.

I've got one of Venomblue's chromed gas caps and it was the best money I've spent on the car yet. 1/3 the cost of the MGW cap and looks friggin new.

we took all our caps fully apart, and custom chromed them each piece, so they will last forever, and we have chromed caps in stock rightnow, many of them, so fast exchange turnaround is NOT a problem at all.....pm or e-mail us...thanks

I bought my chrome gas cap from venomblue a few weeks ago. Great customer service and no viper tax!!! Much better buy than the one offered by mgw imho.
