I have a stock 2002 Radiator, hoses, thermostat, and a stock front mount air-to-oil cooler+SS braided lines for sale. All components were removed in perfect working condition. 6K miles on 9 month old components.

Snake Bitten- I installed a set of Roe Racing hoses, a Ron Davis Racing radiator with the internal heat exchanger, an Accusump system+ ACR Adaptor & Pan Baffles, a 180 degree T-stat, and I switched to DexCool Coolant.

Overall, AWESOME setup. The accusump and ACR adaptor keep the Oil System free of hiccups, and the internal heat exchanger replaces the oil cooler. This also in turn gets the oil cooler out of the way of the condenser, and helps A/C efficiency. the Ron Davis rad is THREE TIMES the capacity of the stock setup, and is AL over Copper. AL transfers heat much better, and gets the "battery" effect out of the system. DexCool is...well, just plain BETTER. Roe Hoses make bleeding a Snap. On the highway with this setup, (and I havent even installed the 180 yet!) regaurdless of gear, (even second!) I sit at a rock solid 195 degrees, with or without A/C on, and I also picked up almost 10 PSI of Oil Pressure. Temps at Idle still sit where they normally do, due to the fan being computer controlled. I am looking into a way to get the fan to come on at 195, and off at 180, instead of comming on at 210, and off at 195.

What does your Oil psi gauge say now??? And let us know when you figure out how to change the fan settings...I think the low speed comes on at 207 and the high speed at 217...

well, since I have an Accusump with a REAL gauge, I can provide you even more info.

BONE STOCK:
-Idle (cold) 55 PSI
-Idle (hot) 40 PSI
-Cruise (~2500 RPM) 50 PSI

W/ACR Adaptor and Accusump
-Idle (cold) 60 PSI
-Idle (hot) 45 PSI
-Cruise (~2500 RPM) 55 PSI

W/ACR Adaptor, Accusump, and cooling mods-(minus 180 T-stat)
-Idle (cold) 65 PSI
-Idle (hot) 45 PSI
-Cruise (~2500 RPM) ~62 PSI. (I expect a solid 65 W/the 180)

All these readings are from the interior gauge. My true gauge on the Sump shows that I am ACTUALLY making 65 cold idle, 60 Hot Idle, and nearing 72 at 2.5K RPM (readings taken during ACR Adapt. and Sump Install, so compare to column 2)

PS- I also SUSPECT that the interior gauge of the car is affected by temparature in the cabin. It seems that as the GAUGE itself gets hotter, the pressure drops slightly.
