Are the diagnostic manuals worth getting?

I recently purchased the Viper service manual for my 01 GTS, but I also noticed the Body, Chassis and Engine dianostic manuals being sold on eBay as well. Are these worth getting for your average home garage mechanic, or will the service manual suffice? I'm good with most everything from preventive maintenance work through minor mods, and I don't see myself tackling any major internal engine work at this point.
