Are these wheels forged or cast?

I thought all silver ones where cast too!

FYI: I will be selling my '98 Forged 5 spokes this spring when I get home. I will make them available here first of course.

The cast wheels have a weld joining the barrel to the spoke section. The weld is easy to see(visible between spokes) and about one inch back of the spoke. The forged wheel is once piece - no welds. When you enlarge the wheel picture it looks like you can see a weld bead between the spokes on the bottom of the picture = cast wheel.

I think he meant both types exist. Painted cast, and painted forged.

Sorry about that. I meant, DC made a silver painted cast wheel and DC made a silver painted forged wheel?

Those wheels are definatly CAST, I know because I looked at them in person in Miami, the guys name is Ernie ...right??

Cast for sure.

That said, that's the most reasonable price I have seen yet from that guy on 96-98 5 spokes.

He has had the same set on ebay for at least a year, maybe 2, I think the buy it know is 3000 for a set with Dunlops, only off by about a solid 1000, maybe more!haha
