First Race Results; Vipers Top 5 spots
The $20,000 Club Racing Cup Challenge series kicked off the 2006 season with two Double Points races and the racers put on a great show. On Saturday, Rob Foster set a new CRCC Qualifying Lap Record of 1:02.628 on his way to a First Place in CR-1 in the first race of the weekend. Other Class Winners in Saturday's feature race were Jay Horak (CR-3), Adam Bode (CR-4), and Jim Fluckey (CR-5)
On Sunday, Rob gave his #17 green Viper over to his son Jason to repeat the Foster winning ways. Jay Horak again won CR-3, Mike Halpin (CR-4) and Jim Fluckey (CR-5) were also class winners in that event.
