Hey Upstate & Western NY Club Members, we are planing a cruise to Norwich, NY to the Northeast Classic Car Museum!

One of our long time member Michael Nearing is one of the directors at the museum. We are also planing a lunch at the museum [menu below]. We need to decide on the food [one meal choice only!] and we need a head count by Aug. 4th! Meeting time at the museum is at noon [12:00pm], lunch at 12:30.

Cruise meeting spots are as follow: "viperbiker" from the Utica area is setting up a meeting spot. I am leaving from here [South Salem] at 8:00am traveling West I-84 to NY-17 to North NY-206.

2013 Group Menu Choices

Lunch - $11.50 per person
• Mixed wraps or homemade hard roll sandwiches includes: (roast beef, ham & turkey)—1 per
person
• Bag of chips
• Beverage (water, iced tea, lemonade and coffee) (Choice 3 of 4)
• Dessert: Dish of homemade ice cream (assorted vanilla, chocolate and twist with assorted
toppings)
$1.00 extra per person for Macaroni Salad or Cream of Broccoli Soup

Pizza & Wings - $10.75 per person
• Cheese Pizza (add 1 topping per pizza at no charge - pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, etc.)
each additional topping $0.25 each Average 2 pieces per person
• Mild wings (includes Ranch, Blue cheese and hot sauce) Average 6 wings per person

Pulled Pork - $13.00 per person

August is a tough Month, vacations, weddings and family stuff. We may try to combine our Fall Foliage and Norwich cruise together? And as soon as we have more info, I'll post up the details.
