This is "Tire-Wars VIII"

Rears have been dropping a few $$ every-other week for 3 consecutive drops now. $157-$148-139. I dont know how T.R. avoids angering folks from 2 weeks ago!

But the current deal from TR is $139..and AS ALWAYS, just order from PARTSRACK instead (please) Yoe get the exact-same-tires, shipped from the exact-same-place, for $5 less.
S/H is the SAME. [ Luke at TireRack gets the sale credit, for "Luke fans" ]

YOU may not appreciate the puny $5, but I certainly appreciate your support....and THANKS!

The periodic free advice offered by Jon B. makes the purchase from PartsRack worthwhile. I am going to call him next week for a set of rear tires.

The deals are great and you MUST take advantage of them. They will never be this low again. I just bought two sets and they arrived today. They are great. The only problem is where to store them because they are tires. I could not put them anywhere besides the utility closet because of the carpet in the house. Oh well, I got a great deal and that is all that matters.

You missed the deals.

They were going on when the Gen IIs started coming out. Now the deals are on the 18" with the Gen IIIs taking 19" tires.

Why don't you get Kuhmos they are pretty inexpensive.

I have an extra pair stashed away. I'm not even close to needing those, but I'm considering buying another pair just because they are so darned cheap!

John for Jimminy christmas BUY SOME 18"s!!!!

Expensive though! Not to mention, it's only the rear tires with the deal on cost, the fronts are still about the same at 17"s - it'd take forever for the breakeven analysis to work out...

I bought 6 tires (2 sets rear, 1 set front) from JonB a couple of months ago fearing that I may miss the great sale, and now the price for the rears are even lower. Oh well, I still got a great deal.

Get them from JonB, you'll save several $$ and receive great service.
