There's one on ebay. I think they said it retailed for $200 or so. I don't know anything about their usefulness.

Brett,
I put one in mine about 6 months ago cost around $250 and I like it..

I gives a much improved shift feel as well as less chance of missing 3rd gear. You can hear a little more noise with it as it has no rubber in it to dampen vibration. (very minor)

It is made very well...

The only way I would buy one is brand new, unless you knew who you were getting it from, and could verify it is the "newer version". The older ones have a tendency to break. I have broken one (not because of abuse - at least I don't *think* so!). I know of at least 5-6 others that have broken the older model.
Just my $.02

Yes, they are around $200 or so. I have one and the first one I had broke! I think it was an earlier make and the shaft broke right in half. I believe the first one was made out of alum. but the second one is made of stainless steel. No probs since and the shift is tighter and shorter. I would get it for sure. Good luck.

The "second gen" shifter is machined aluminum. Made very well, the earlier versions had parts made of brass that would break. Also older versions had adjustable stops. New make does not. Check Summit or Jegs for lowest price.

I love my Ripper...the stock was so bad that I missed 3rd and went to first 2 times. B&M with MGW works great...and looks great.
