Beat ya to it I worked something out with a guy who owns a site full of car stuff. I sent him the entire video, and he hosted it on his website. It requires you to register, but since that is free I don't foresee any trouble. Enjoy it again !:

Eric, nice to see you are putting the camera to good use! HLDTYTE's Silver GTS is a bad **** for just headers and exhaust! I do not think there is a faster car out there with just those mods. Eric/Tom, we need to get the video of the 190+ flyby from the side of the road and the other from above with Eric and myself going under the bridge at the same speed where I later hit the rev limiter in .80 5th(195 MPH).

Eric is a maniac behind the wheel and will race anything anytime! Iremember the video where he was trying to race that poor Lambo!

Eric, I am waiting for the guy who has that video on his digital camera to give it to me. My wife just go this software to make DVDs from analog tape. I would have no clue how to host it on the internet.

The PAL system refers to the recording format on the tape. The USA (among other countries, including Mexico and Japan) uses the NTSC format. As InjectTheVenom indicated, Europe (among other countries, including Singapore and Australia) uses the PAL format. The PAL format has a slower frame rate (25 frames/second vs. NTSC's 30 frames/second), but has a higher resolution (625 lines vs. NTSC's 525 lines). Because the formats are different, if you put a PAL tape into a player that only plays back the NTSC format, then the video output will not be correct (it will sporadically flutter with partial frames).

FYI, if you play a DVD on a PC, the PC should be able to properly decode the PAL and NTSC formats. I have personally tried both formats on my notebook PC with no issues.
