I have no problem doing business with Jonb owner of the parts rack. I've purchased parts through DLM from parts rack and they have my business. No problem here.

See my post and BIRD's, this isn't about harming integrity, simply providing information on all sides to the benefit of the community, which is the point of this site.

I have ordered from Jon twice nothing big,nor should the size of your order dictate the kind of service you get as some people seem to feel. Only once did I actually get any products that I ordered, even though they were the wrong ones. The second time was the last time I ordered, when nothing even showed up though I was not charged for the items I ordered (never did check my statement). Weather he lost my order info or just plainly forgot about me who knows, poor customer service either way.

After reading the existing posts on Jon B it's clear that the vast majority of responses relate interactions that are favorable. Add my experiences to the favorable list. Jon has spent significant time with each of my inquiries to insure that I'm buying something that meets my requirements. Deliveries have been swift and any problems dealt with promptly. I'm more confident in dealing with Jon B after reading this thread than before. Great customer satisifation doesn't always mean that every customer can be satisfied. There's such a thing as a difficult customer too. Keep up the good support Jon, you're an asset to the Viper community.

Its unfortunate that Jon gets all the difficult customers (as you call them).
He should share and give some to Vipermed, Sean Roe, DLM since it seems like they do not have any.

Due to the vast inventory of new and used Viper items and the fact that Jon B is a one man operation, Parts Rack has many more customer interactions than Vipermed, Sean Roe, or DLM all of whom I agree are top notch suppliers. This obviously increases probability of encountering the occasional difficult customer. If you think there is no such thing as a "difficult customer" you must not be in a position of dealing with the public. I still like the ratio of satisfied Parts Rack patrons.

I always try to buy most of my stuff from Roe Racing. Cant beat the support. For the stuff he doesn't sell, I go to partsrack. Easily beats local dealer prices and quick shipping.

Now if partsrack can only Please put all their inventory on the web page, then we can do some real shopping without making a phone call.
