THIS ONE LOOKS GREAT in Baltimore area, and I have spoken with the dealer. He's gonna send me pics of the frame.

I'm happy to help you with this.
First be aware it's running a Maryland Dealer plate, so this guy did not just take a trade on his personal Lambo.
Ask him who the prior owner is and I will try and locate the guy. I'm the prior Regional Pres.
And I would be happy to try and check the car out for you.
