battery low

Trying to put photos in. If I put the tender on it will start. If I leave it off after two days it won't start the car. It has been not used all winter. Do you think driving will get the batter back or should I just change it out.

How old is the Batt? The Tender is for the purpose of keeping the charge strong on the Batt. If after only 2 days the Batt is dead, then it has a problem. Or something else is the matter.I keep Tenders on both of my toys, for major piece of mind.TOM.

I have had the car 2 years and about 4 months. I don't know how long the battery was in there before.

I'm new to the Viper scene, but I had a Chevy SSR that I had to keep on a tender, or after maybe 2 wks. the Batt. would die.Got tired of that so on went the Tender.No problems after that. Now I have read on several discussions that a Viper Batt. will not hold a charge,for any length of time.So before I find out on my own,I said it's Tender time.

Bad Battery. not worth the risk of getting stranded.

I am stranded right now, dead Viper battery. Buy a new one every year, less than $100.

If I forget to tput the tender on and the battery dies, putting it back on the Tender for a week or so usually fixes it us good as new. If the tender doesn't bring it back (so it holds a charge) I think you have a weak/dying bat. Changing it is annoying but not hard.
