So Im looking for a battery Tender for my 09 ACR.

The car is parked in my garage for the winter and I do have access to power...
Which Battery Tender would be best? I noticed there's a bunch of models.

A number of alternatives on the market. I've had good success with Ctek.

I'm using the battery tender plus. It is better suited to charge a battery vs. the Jr. which seems to be mainly used for maintenance.

Yes that one you linked to. There are many models, the main difference is voltage and current output, number of banks, and international vs USA models so you can **** out many of them.

You'll want a 12V model. The JR is meant for maintenance (low current output), there is also the waterproof model with higher output.

I use the Sears Battery Charger/Maintenance unit fastened to the wall near the rear of the car. I installed the quick connect plug on the battery and the cord from the charger stays attached all the time with the deck lid closed lightly {no pressure on the wire}. The unit stays on 2 amp trickle charge and only turns on as needed. I have the Sears Platnium Gel type battery. Hope this helps.

Been using the Battery Tender Plus (1.25A) for many years now. Also bought a Battery Tender Jr for the generator and lawn tractor. They work well.
