That looks really good. It's always nice to have something different. We have a 96 Rt w/ a white dash, looks pretty neat as well. On your car, how is he finish? Is it smooth just like the original grey?
Dash removal is 6 or 8 screws and pull. For the most part clips hold it into place and they stay on the back of the dash panel when it is removed. It is very easy to remove 5-minutes.
The finish for the most part is smooth and much more scratch resistant. I used the flat clear coat very heavy so it somehow it was to get scratched it could be wet-sanded out. Another tip is if you want to keep your factory fuzzy dash and it has a few small scratches, they can be taken out by using the S.O.S pads w/ water very lightly. But be very careful not to rub to hard.
