I wanted to verify that a bunch of high powered vipers were congregating on Houston, TX on or around Feb. 21,22 for a Dyno pull, Drag race contest? I read a thread about this a couple weeks ago but can't find it now. I think Trenyor was heading this up? Is/was this true? Im going on memory here which is kind of fuzzzy because of all the holiday partys. If any one can shed some light or confirm or deny this upcoming race that would be great! Happy Holidays to all!!!

A lot of people have made an effort, and spent time, to make
this a reality, it's a shame that someone like John Hennessey's
name will be linked with it. He's doing what he does best,
and it gives him visibility and 'respect by association',
and he'll use it like he knows how.

Thanks everyone for the info. How many of you are bringing cars and or just yourself? This is my second major event the first being a Skip Barber event at Button Willow. I don't own a viper yet but really like all the owners I've met so far. I hope I run into more high quality people at this second event in TX. As for the car, I <FONT COLOR="Red">LOVE</FONT c> it!!! BTW, Any one going from San Diego want a driving companion and some help with gas?

It is a shame Hennessey is connected to this, or anything else for that matter.
