Four hours so far to strip old exhaust block to rear, one hour a day, so taking care not to gimp anything. I have run into a problem. The two sections of drivers side header slipped in from the top without a problem, practically dropped right in. The passenger side is a different story. The blower fan is right in the way (the top section has already been removed). Should I be putting this side (passenger) in from the top or bottom?

Thanks Neil. I just spent 30 minutes trying every imaginable way to get the things in from the bottom, no way. Time to disassemble some more.

That was the trick Neil. Pulled the blower motor and the passenger side header fell right into place. Tomorrow every thing starts going back together. Can't wait to hear it.

stuck in mine from the top, remove the spinning fan as well
below the top section of the A/C box, remove about 3 bolts that hold the coolant bottle and unclip the pipes infront of it, this will allow it move slightly out of the way, giving a bit more room. This side is a lot tighter so apply lots of masking tape to your valve covers to avoid scratches
