Belly Pan Torque?

Anyone know how much to torque the bolts for the belly pan/trans cover on a 95?

Does the car need to be level when you torque it down? I'm refering to having one side/corner jacked up and reinstalling.

Chrysler does not list a torque spec for that pan as it is considered a stone shield only. I usually use the German spec, of guttentight. No it does not make a differance whether it is level or not, unless the frame is twisted so badly the holes will not line up.

and make sure the gas cap is at 35 ft-lbs as per factory spec
