Best brake upgrade for 1999 RT/10

I have a '99 RT/10 and hate the brakes, like most people do.

If cost is not a factor, what's the best, *reliable* brake upgrade for that year?

Tom's 40mm rear upgrade is another option. relatively cheap by comparison as well.

I have a complete Wilwood big brakes of my 99' RT with the 2 pics rotors that I am going to sell. Also have Penskie shocks and Mono ball susp.

I'd probably try this first. Then, if you find it isn't enought, look to a larger front brake kit.
