I'd like to change my oil, brake rotors and pads. What's my best option if I want lightweight and cheap?

Here's what I use.

Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

I've used it for over 6 years, with no issues. Primarily to change oil, rotate tires, etc. Really useful for changing the battery out on the Viper.

Exactly how often should you rotate tires on a Viper? :lmao: I wondered why the 335's were up front when we were in TN! :drive: Your not in jail yet? I guess I need to call that gas station again :rolaugh:

p.s.--I have the same jack and no problems here either. Don't forget to buy jackstands as well!

I got one from Autozone small and lite all aluminum only 60$. Fits under mine easy and worked great!

I have a Northern Tool (northerntool.com) set of 12 ton jackstands, that will put the car up 26 inches. You can almost sit up while under the car. I think they were about $110 for the set of 4.

Should've been more specific for the slow ones. Rotating tires on our daily drivers. Oil changes obviously apply to all of my cars. :D The Viper is the only car we have that requires me to use a jack to change the battery.

I received a summons to appear in Federal Court, but I think it's another joke. :rolaugh:

If you are consdering lowering your car, go with something ultra low profile - Arcan at Costco I believe about $150
If you want to save money, do that somewhere else, but not on a jack!
