Many auto dealers say the best time to buy a sports car is in November and December. We all know car prices are soft right now. I'd be interested in hearing what the Gen 2 "market watchers" expect to happen this winter. When is the best time to buy a GTS? Thanks, Doug

I would think that it is currently a good time to buy a GTS. The market prices are very low and for those of us in the north we want to sell before we have to store it for another winter.

yehp now.

I am selling mine, if it doesn't go in the next month or 2 I will already have it stored for the winter.

I would think most people up north won't want to mess with transportation when the weather starts getting bad.

I think to a certain extent it depends on what you are looking for as well. If you are looking for a low mileage, highly desireable color - timing may not matter all that much. If you are not picky I would think (due to the economy as well as the season) the next few months will be a great time.

Did the same thing. End of January when everyone was getting their bills. Got a great deal.

Sounds good to me, I should be getting a good Christmas bonus so by January I should be able to get a good price on a GTS, hopefully a another bumblebee.
