Best Wheels for a Gen II GTS ???

Those pictures were taken shortly after I moved in my home a couple years ago.
Since then though, we've gotten sod and it's a pain in the butt to keep up with the Dog Spots!

And trust me when I say "Perfect Patch" doesn't work!
I've resorted to cutting sod and filling in a couple times year! To impatient!

What is the best finish to get on a wheel (considering looks and maintenance)? Chrome? Other?
