I am biased, but I swear by the Adam's microfiber glass towels. I have 6 so I rotate through them. Glass comes up perfect every time.
I used to go nuts trying to make my glass perfect. Using claybar on the glass solves the problem. I like the Stoner Invisible Glass, works great. Also use the Adam's Glass Cleaner, of course.
I use the Adam's GC as lube for the claybar and it really cleans the glass. Follow it up with some Adam's Glass Sealant or Brilliant Glaze and the water will bead right off.
My glass towels are blue, but this is a pic from his site.
