just as an FYI for everyone and i am not trying to pick on jim here. these are two of the pics jim sent me to use in his new avatar.
when i shrink these pics down, they become really hard to see because they are so dark. right now they are 600x450 pixels, and for use as an avatar, they have to be shrunk down to 120x90 pixels.
everyone, be sure to send the best resolution pics you can, and keep in mind that avatar pics get shrunk down pretty far, so pics like this will simply not show well at all.
