PICKED UP MY BLACK SRT VIN#..245 LAST NIGHT FROM THE DEALER.
LOOKS AND DRIVES GREAT BUT I STILL HAVE A CONCERN ABOUT THE
HEAT AT THE SILLS. IT WAS ONLY 55 OUT SIDE,THE OIL TEMP DIDNT
EVEN MOVE OFF THE 180 MARK BUT THE SILLS WERE HOTTER THAN MY
RT.DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE A CONCERN OR AM I JUST PARANOID BECAUSE OF THE ARTICLES ?

I picked up my Black SRT #298 friday and I didn't experience any heat problems inside the car. The sills were warm, not hot. I touched them with my hand after a 30 mile drive. It was cold outside 35 degrees at the time. I think your being paranoid.

I really don't have a perference for color that much, but for some reason black looks MUCH better than any other color... not sure why, maybe it hides the lines better?? I dunno, anyways good luck with the car.
