Called and spoke to the sales rep, it's available. Good price but it does have buy back recall history. It's also missing the strut brace. Looks like it has aftermarket intakes?

What is the upper and lower part of the rotor rusted from? I know when you wash a car the rotors sometimes get a surface rust on the them until you drive a few feet, but that is usually the whole surface of the rotor, not like the one pictured? That is the only wheel they have pictured in their ad, so I am guessing there is something wrong with it...

Also any ideas as to why someone would take the brace off? I think that brace is $3-5k in the carbon version?

They took it off because it is worth $3,000

I can't imagine that car ran worth a darn with the current Air intake on it. It's sucking Pure hot air from the radiator so it really must of pulled a lot of timing out of it when it did run.

I would not personally be concerned about the wear pattern on the brake rotors. If you lightly apply the brakes after they have a coat of surface rust on them I have seen similar patterns on my own car after they flash rust when I wash it. It will cost over $500 just to put and airbox on that car. I wonder if the original owner kept the X brace off of the car when he turned it into Chrysler? Anyone See an X brace for sale lately?

I have detailed pictures of this car. I did a walk around over the phone with the dealership rep. I decided the car was not what I was looking for.

The strut brace is missing and they are trying to see if anyone at the last auction knows were or what happened to it. I don't think they will ever find it.
