The thing I could never stand was that the Viper sounded like a "Datsun" when idling. Had Borla mufflers installed today (took longer "screwing" with side sills). Total time about 1 1/2 hours. I didn't want the Viper to sound like one of those "Hondas" that has a bigger exhaust pipe than engine. The sound, in my humble opinion, is what it should have been from the factory. Not too loud, so as to annoy others, but it does give the Viper a "presence". Highly recommend.
