Both key fobs stopped working! What gives?

Suddenly neither key fob works as in I cannot arm/lock or disarm/unlock the car. Is it possible that they both went out of sync? Any efficient and effective recommendations to remedy the problem?

You know how to unlock? ie open hatch w/ key, and reach in to C-pillar "emergency door release lever"

The Year matters........ but since you have an ACR, you have an alarm reset in the cubby box. Reset it.

Then, try to arm/disarm.

Failing that, hold down both buttons on each FOB for 5-10 secs...hope for a "toot" that signals re-established communication. Hafe you reset the ECU/PCM lately, or added aftermarket electronics?

Failing that, your alarm EEU is toast, or your car battery is

I tried that earlier today but it didn't work. Only after you said to try it did I get it to work. We all know you are a world renouned Viper Guru but telekinetic powers as well ..... WOW.

Oh, one other thing. After the Snakebox was installed earlier today, the ECU or EEU was indeed reset. Good call!
