Of course I'm biased, I used to work there years ago and see the quality of product's that come out of that shop.

My pics aren't as pretty as some of the above but I like being able to take one out at a time too and they don't scratch up the bottles any. Gives you plenty of room for the heaters too

I'm surprised you viper guys haven't picked up on the pusher nitrogen systems instead of using bottle heaters. Dave and I are going to design billet bracket setup that will hold two bottles, along with the nitrogen bottle for the pusher setup.

I am in the middle of connecting my system up right now. What is the "Pusher system". Does it require another bottle? My problem is I have 4 bottles installed in the rear now. 2- #10 (Nos, water/****) and 2-#5 (CO2). If I could get away from the ugly, bulky heater... Any additional info would be appreciated.

VIPERRT96.. That is a really nice looking set up. IMHO I have never seen that one before. The Aerospace bracket is nice but I had to "pad" the bracket to keep it fron scratching the bottles.

How it works:
4500psi of Nitrogen is in the small bottle. Hooked up to a nitrous bottle, it regulates the nitrous bottle to 1000psi(or whatever you adjust it to) all the time. No more waiting for the heater to get the pressure up. It's instant, and consistent all the way until the bottle is EMPTY.

Even with heaters, when the bottle's get low 3-4lbs left, you will start noticing a power decrease. With a pusher setup, such as the NANO, you will still have the same power, and be able to get the rest of the nitrous out of the bottle. Many people have claimed to get a few more drag passes down the track with this setup over bottle heaters. It does work with bottle current bottle openers.

The Catch!

This is not an approved NHRA device. It is currently being tested and worked into the rules. This application is great for just a weekend warrior or someone that plays on a closed course in "Mexico".

It's also known as "nitrogen push." Since nitrogen is an inert gas, it does not react with the nitrous. With a good regulator, nitrogen can maintain a set pressure regardless of ambient temps. Connect it to the nitrous bottle and it instantly matches and maintains the same bottle pressure.

The only down side to a nitrogen push, as far as I know, is that it cannot bring down the bottle pressure, so if you live in FL and it's 95-degrees out, a NANO can't bring your bottle pressure down. It's still better than a heater for maintaining bottle pressure though. I will likely get one sometime soon.

Well there is a new pusher system coming out onto the market very soon that is going to work in conjunction with another component on the market today after some reprogramming. I can't give details as I'm due to secretcy, but If you can wait a few months it will blow the NANO setup away.

Now the back of the board was wired up so that if Carrot wanted to take it all out he just had to unconnect a hook up and pull the entire setup out.

It looks better in person. Hard to take a picture because My trunk has a fitted bottom that is carpeted black so everything looks dark. All my wiring and relays are under the platform and in the spare tire well. Anyway if I had a GTS and had to look at my bottles all the time I would have to get fancy like yours. I like it! looks Good

I was contemplating keeping the one 10lb bottle and converting the other to Propane.

My only question is where do I get a 10lb propane bottle that fits like my 10lb NOS bottle?
