Bunch of \"Ford\" pictures

My son's Scout troop was directing traffic at the Northwest Antique Fly-in in McMinville, OR today. A gent pulled in with his Ford GT, which he parked by my Viper. It was a dusty day so neither car was clean by the time I took some shots, with mine being the worse.

I watched through the day and the Viper was largely invisible next to the Ford. No accounting for taste! It was a fun day and they stuffed the Scouts with food and Evergreen gave them free admission to the museum.

I decided to go full renegade and take a bunch of "Ford" pictures, including the GT, a Tri Motor, and a "Mustang" - P51D.

I just like the Viper more. I'm not being biased, I've always said besides Lamborghini Diablos, Vipers are the greatest looking cars out there

I agree 1,000%!!!!!!! Especially the second half of your statement!

I will say without the stripes it looks very different.

I went to take a look at a GT about a month ago!!! Nice car, structurally I'll say the car look s well built......but.......

As the owner of the dealership is telling me how nice the car is, this and that...tells me they'll take $220K for the car, I sit down shut the door........door trim panel falls off right into my lap!!!!

Talk about an embarrassed individual.......he scrambled like crazy getting it out of my lap to pop it on.........

Just thought that was funny...

I'm a little confused. Isn't the Ford GT a $140k car? And the dealership wants $220K? And aren't there quality control issues with the new Ford GT?

yup the ford gt is a 140K car, right now prices have droped so now its only 150K.

Hey, when the 1992 RT10 first came out some dealerships were asking around $160,000 for a $59,000 car!
