you are running WAYYYY rich. you need a tune.

cats get hotter when they burn excess fuel.

i wont say anything about the environment because most people who drive their vipers put 10 miles on per year. for those that drive it daily, please consider high flow cats to spare the air. no one out side of smog ridden California really gives a hoot but studies from the 60's until now show huge positive changes in air quality since the stricter standards have been enforced. pictures from the late 70's in the bay area you couldnt even see across the bay because of smog. now you can see out to the ocean. enough preaching. keep the high flow cats if you drive alot & get her tuned so she doesnt run rich & hot.

As Nadine pointed out, you pretty much need a different tune once temps get over about 85. I have to pull a lot of fuel out of mine or it doesn't even run right (cuts out) at higher temps.

I can't really make out the table you listed, but it looks like you are pulling timing out across the entire RPM range which seems odd with your setup. That could also cause you to run on the rich side.
