I don't think it's fraud... I think the guy selling just has no idea WHAT he's selling, and just patched a bunch of info together he got off the internet. There are easier ways to commit fraud on eBay.

It's just a commercial place where you take in your stuff and they list it for you on eBay. Probably they just guessed what vehicle it fit based on the color, or that's what the seller told them. With 99.6% positive feedback, maybe it would be better to let them know that they've made a mistake rather than reporting them to eBay.
