Callaway Viper...

I did not realize Callaway did a Viper. Does anybody here know anything about this/these cars?

never heard of it and "440" is that the HP ? if, not so impressive

Here it is again 440 six pack which is not the motor but an improved intake and exhaust. Not much of an improvemnt for a Callaway caliber vehicle.

I will check with Callaway, to see if they have anything in the works for the Gen 4. My '94 Impala S/S was the "development car" (which they designated C9) for their LT1 SuperNatural engine...long story, but surfice to say it was a 'whale' of a beast, and my everyday driver for 50K miles without a single problem, ever! Can't go wrong with a Callaway IMO.

Spoke to Callaway today...they said they did "toy around" with a couple of Vipers about 10 yrs ago, but no performance work and nothing remains in their files regarding Viper. As for getting involved with the Viper today, they are not interested... "we have our hands full with Corvettes and Camaros".
