Calling car 6 - looking for owner of VOI9 number 006/100

I'm wondering if the owner of VOI9 #6 is here?

I picked up a badge for the VOI9 car. I have car #66, but I changed out my center console for a painted piece (blue). Thinking about putting this badge on. I'm a bit conflicted because it is not my number, and the badge is new (never mounted).

I found 006 by luck. I have not heard of a way to order a VOI9 badge. I could take the old badge off the original console but I didn't really want to do that.

I guess I don't care that the new badge I have is not my number. I like to know if 006 is out there or not. I'd also like to know why there is a second badge, when there shouldn't be.
