So, just browsing Ebay the other day and I came across a Red 1992 RT10 1:18 scalle by Bburago. What caught my eye were the wheels....not the usual, but it was listed as new in box. For the price, $9.99, figured I'd bid....and I got it.

Since I own a red RT10, I like to pick up different variations of them when I see them.

Here's a picture, any idea why different than the usual? Is it from outside the US?

He's got more than one....what wheels would he put on that would fit and why do more than one car? Says new in box!

Why do wheel shops exist? Because they think people in their area have a need to make their stock or modified car look more appealing with a custom set of wheels.

Well truthfully speaking the combination IS new in box, just not the definition that is commonly accepted :) The pic is too small to really tell but it looks like Bugatti EB110 wheels.

Well, tried to copy the larger image....I'm sorta bummed if these are other wheels (which it looks like it is). I had stopped collecting and thought this was maybe from outside the US.

Here's a larger picture:

What I do notice is that this one has tan seats and, if I'm not mistaken, the one I have has gray seats. That would make it more of a 1994 than a 1992. I think the Diamonds series had tan seats....but, I'm far from an expert, so who knows! :)

I took this one instead of an all white one I found at the same time....the white one was not new in box, and kind of looked like a re-paint job.

thanks for the insight.
