can the new 2000 viper door bezel be put on a 1998?

I like the look of the new door bezel instead of the cheap looking one I have on my 1998. Can this be done?

ab, Zero Alt Flight has brushed aluminum with snake logo in many
colors that surrounds the handle opening. I have them with black
snake logo.
