CANADIAN VIN\'S DO NOT WORK

If you are canadian and wish to get a certificate, you must phone the number and get through because the VIN's from Canadian (and I'm guessing other non-u.s. Vipers) were not registered in the database. (This came from Fiona) Luckily we ended up getting thorugh, getting our 2 certificates.

I also gleaned this off of the FAQ on the website:

"Question: What if I live in Canada or Mexico ... is the process the same?

Answer: If your VIN is not in our system and you meet the criteria, please fax us your Title (front and back) and Registration documents to 248-848-0301. Once these documents have been received and approved, your reservation will be processed."

Yeah, I saw that after I had a minute to breathe after we called in and got our certificates, just have to fax in the ownership now to complete the process.
