The price is right in line no matter who says they got a better deal or feel they need to inform you of the "reality." Someone will step forward but things are tight all around. Forget the so called great advice here. Price is fair, car looks good, it will sell in time.
I'd just say that you should look at the ads on ebay and find what catches your eye and duplicate that style in photos and wording
I'm pretty sure that at that price, you would have no problem selling it on ebay ... just having it on the VCA website significantly reduces your buying market. You could also throw in a subscription to the VCA for the winning buyer.
I also agree, ditch the mats
If a car sits forever at the same price then its priced to high. Its that simple. I also made an offer on this car and it was refused which was the best thing that ever happened as I too bought a 2 year newer car which was perfect in every way. Ive spoken to the owner and he is a super nice guy. But you're stuck on $39,000.00 and its not selling. You can hold it forever if you want to but at some point it will either sell or it wont and if doesnt the only way you will ever sell it is to drop the price. I have a 98 GTS for sale still and guess what...price is coming down and will continue to do so until it sells. It's the age old saying. "It's only worth what someone is willing to pay". Not a dime more. It does look to be a great car but it might be time to drop the price.
Rizzo-
For a minute there I was thinking you would be sending your new trailer back to pick this car up too! (tee hee)!
