Does anyone have a source of good high quality carbon fiber products for the Viper? I am interested in these door sills but can't find them anywhere... :dunno:

So these are either real carbon fiber or wraped in carbon fiber, correct?

GTS-R's are real but there are some that are dipped in fake carbon fiber paint it's called hydrodipping like the stock viper center console which looks horrible it's like a painted carbon fiber. I can wrap it for you which is a good alternative to the fake paint and not as expensive as the real stuff the advantage of wrapping vinyl to hydrodipping you can take the vinyl off or go back to stock if/when you decide to sell the car or want to simply change the look.

Steve @ Vipair is a CF magician..I love his work and have almost all his parts he offered..

I just didn't get that piece because I know it will get scrached and hit by others riding along

It's a great looking piece and an area of the paint the needs protecting. I love seeing it against my SSG paint every time I open my door. :D:

Carbon fiber is cool till your wife skid marks the clear with her heels....
I chose to 3M the sills in carbon fiber tape.
20 bucks a side, peel and stick when they get grubby and never damage the paint surface.
Placing a carbon fiber panel on top of existing painted side sill surface just sounds like an expensive disappointment eventually.
I also think the lack of shine is more appealing, at least in my case.
