There's a company that can spray a carbon fiber look over your existing dash. You just send them your panels and they will come back 'carbon look'.
From what I remember the cost was about 450$.

I opted for the elbow grease method : I'm stripping my 94 dash now (what a pain !) and will repaint it next weekend. Black.

i just contacted exoticwooddash.com for the same inquiry. send em the whole thing and itll come back however you like. $0.95 per square inch and about an 8-10 day turn around.

im going to do the entire plastic dash, the mid console panel and the upper door panels. all that plastic is nothing less than ugly so with it being quality carbon fiber look (not that cheap 3M BS) itll finally look like it should

How do you know this exoticwooddash place's "carbon fiber look" is going to look better than the cheap 3M stuff? I'd be really leery of anything you can't remove easily that's not the real thing, and layering an entire dash with real c/f and then coating it with a clear epoxy or whatever the quality places use would be BIG bucks.
