Bought mine with a line of credit.

Bought used, so I saved the depreciation right up front, cross border shopped when our dollar was high so saved another 10 grand Canadian, relative to what I'd pay here.

Made a deal with myself that if I quit smoking (costs $300 a month in health conscious Canada) I'd make better use of the money. The interest cost on the Viper is less than half the cost of smoking.

Year and a half later, still quit. And still have the car.:D

thats awesome! congrats!

i was behind a girl yesterday who was buying a carton of marlboros. i about dropped my dr pepper when it rang up around $55! :crazy2:

way too expensive for my wallet.

Can't imagine anyone financing 100k car. Probably this is a third or forth + car the usual viper owner has.

I put $20K down and financed $65K. I don't really understand why you wouldn't want to finance. I got the 65K for 5% interest for 4 years. I could have got the money elsewhere but I have since more than tripled the money in a couple of investments, and I don't think the cost of the Viper has tripled.
