Everyone,
After personally speaking with Paolo Castellano this morning about yesterday night's outing with other fellow members, the initial results are in. We decided to post the summary of the yesterday evening's events now that the site is back up and running. The copied post below is from Paolo Hissself posted this AM over at the Alley.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
It has been exactly 14 months to the day since I decided to build my own Twin Turbo Setup.
I took the car out for about a 100 mile drive with Jim, Marty, Mike and John D'Amico, John Walker, Tom86ZT and my friend Geoff.
These guys were great and all had their cameras rolling the whole time!
I am sure they will post some good clips of the car to assure all I am not pulling anybody's leg!
I almost killed Tommy Lahr with a fireball on the decel during some real time street tuning at the beginning of the night almost daring that little wh*re to try and pass me.... Is it coincidence that it only happened to you when you tried to pass me???? Maybe so!, Maybe not!
The thing I was most surprised with was just how powerful the car felt barely breathing on the gas pedal at 15 inches of vacuum. Jim thinks it is the equal length headers that make the response to be so snappy at relatively high vacuum/minimal load.
It almost does not seem real I was driving the car tonight since it has taken so long to get to this point.
All I can say is that it was pretty unbelievable to be driving down the road with a turbo system I designed for MY car. All I could think of was how the exhaust gases were flowing through the headers I designed, cut out from u-bends and had somebody weld together for me, then going through the turbos I speced out and through the exhaust I even welded up some of the pieces and through the exhaust pipes I designed. As I drove along I started to think how every path the air takes out of the head, through the turbo exhaust, then into the compressor inlet, through the intercoolers and piping and into the intake.....==>Very f*kcing bad-ass! ...... A much more connected feeling as compared to when I got the car back from Jason Heffner when he supercharged it because I really had very little understanding of what it took for him to do what he had done. I can tell you all for sure there were many times more modifications and changes to accomplish the features of this system as compared to the blower that came off!
The car feels so much different than when it was supercharged. From the moment you breathe on the gas pedal(20 inches of vacuum to 5 inches of vacuum{not even close to having boost yet}) there seems to be an endless gut feeling like when a jet plane lifts off and you feel that pressurized lift when the engines kick in to start to climb.
Remember that tonight was just a shakedown run to make sure nothing is leaking and to do some mild load/driveability tuning. We got back with not so much as a leak thanks to Jim's making sure everything was put back together the way it should be.
The suspension probably took 30 miles to settle down after being unloaded for so long. The car drives just as good as I remember, but the brakes feel even better than they did since we made some changes.
Anyway, I am exhausted enough to have to go to bed. Take care all and this is just the beginning!
