Who make the Mopar catback for a 98 RT?
Is it stainless?

I also believe its a Borla, with different tips which have the sneaky pete
logo engraved into them

So does it sound like the Borla or did Mopar specify different size pipes / mufflers to give it its own unique sound?

Fairly certain it is just a Borla which has been rebranded by Mopar. That is what was told to me by a Viper tech/dealer.
