cd issue

I have a 2009 vert and have had a clicking sound out of the right front speaker when a cd plays only. I replaced the speaker and the head unit with the oem and I still have that sound when playing a cd. Anyone else have this issue??

are the amps separate for the speakers,could be the amp for that speaker?
