What type of extended warranty? (Added Care, Added Care Plus, Max Care?)

Did you purchase the warranty BEFORE the original 3-year manufacturers warranty expired?

The warranty clerk at the dealer needs to press the issue a litle harder.Alot of it depends on who they talk to at service contract.Most of the people there dont have a clue about vipers so they need to become informed.Ask the dealer to call back for you and explain to them that the oilcooler and lines must be returned with the engine as part of the repair.And if they want to question that ask them to call the STAR center for further details.I have done quite a few engines and have not had any problems .
